Hi,

Can I please have your thoughts on my suggestion that PvP point need to be worked into Force Sensitive grind?

I really think it would improve the over all quality of the game for both Jedi and no-Jedi.

Thank You

Since PVP points are basically meaningless please explain how they should be worked in?

No. PvP rating is meaningless - you can get PvP rating by asking newbies for no-DB duels yet DBing or triple-incapping anyway. PvP rating is farmable and on top of that is farmable by griefing others, no need to promote it.
I can remember banning a Pistoleer from the city I live in because he asked low- and mid-level people who spawned at the shuttle for no-DB duels, and made it a point to either DB them when he won or /endduel when he was about to lose before he could be DBed.
Later I saw him bragging with his PvP rating on the Pistoleer boards, saying he can beat almost everybody, he just needs help beating one certain template he wasnt able to beat so far and that he had to "/endduel" before getting DBed.

If you don't want to unlock jedi and doing Force Sensitive grind for other reasons more power to you. I feel unlocking jedi -visited a second time- would require some kind of combat experience with other player's.

Currently, during PvP if I kill the same player twice I get a message saying a Jedi must diversify his kills. Meaning, the system can recognize farming. Fight club, we have that now but the reason you don't see much is few jedi are motivated enough to go overt and search and destroy other overts.

Now, if unlocking jedi required PvP points -and we all know the best and fastest way is big PvP, you will start seeing action packed evenings with player organized base raids and guild wars and so on.

If you do not enjoy that sort of thing then do not do it! However; as a 750+ day veteran of SWG and a current Jedi I need more from the game. Jedi need more, and non-combat Jedi sounds silly to me!!

what's ridiculous is the amount of full templates running around with very little real PvP experience. They have the skills but have no idea what to do with them. My bounty huter is making almost 1million credits per day when actively hunting! Now bh is getting boring because of all these jedi that cant even play the game!!

Does your idea involve making BH's take some kind of PVP test before they can become novice BH?

I didn't PvP before unlocking and don't plan on it now...why do you feel it needs to be forced? I'm sure I'm not the only pure PvE jedi out there.

i see what you are getting at, but pvp points are easy enough to fake, fightclub, etc. Also, this would exclude any entertainer, medical, or crafting profession from unlocking.

Dancing Jedi! ROFL! The way this game is going I wouldn't be surprisd if thats the only thing Jedi become good for!

AGAIN: Yoy can unlock and become force sensitive, I just feel in oredr to get a second visit from the old man, plyers need to have real fightind experiance with other players through what ever methoud is best.

Going form cl1 to Jedi full template with not more than several encounters with real players sounds starnge.

When you are a full templet jedi and have been so for months or years you will come to a point and relize that fun is fighting other humans. Fun is group fighting. Sure, we still enjoy the quests and what have you but real plyers is it for us.

SOE revitilize LIVE INTERNET GAMING PLEASE. Do not alianate current players, however; for those whom seek PvP pleazse make it readaly avalable.

Thank You
