Blue Wires - Biniarye Hooligans. No other type has dropped them. Try the POI on Talus. Or hunt the elusive Static spawn of Hooligans outside Dearic, Talus. I never found it though

killed over a hundred sincerecent patch.......guess what they stopped dropping..well not dropped any for me...but then again took me 4-5 weeks when they were first introduced to get 3 blue wires

checked out the talus POI today,

i got 1 blue wire and 4 heating elements,and the hooligans respawn at a fair rate, but the blue wire came by, only once as you can see

5th buff searching for those

Last night, had some friend with me and we were making binayre missions

We made 8x2x5=80 missions.... not found a single wire....


Had enought and looted 3 from.... a vendor :/
