Soon as the servers came up and I saw in patch notes they fixed recycler schems, I went looking for that random static spawn around Dearic... and found one.Got 200 or so blue wires. Drop rate wasn't that bad (1-5 to maybe 1-20), and seemed the POI when I visited it's spawn rate was upped a bit too. =)
