Being a wookiee jedi, much of the clothing items and loot are not compatible with my character, and some of it isnt even trade-able... I thought we were moving in a uni-racially clothed direction, why must Wookiees and Ithorians get the butt end of EVERY clothing deal?

Because those 2 races normally dont wear clothing, didnt you notice the disclaimer when selecting wookiee? Says some stuff may not be wookieeable

agree we have been screwed. It took 200 Wookiees to nearly crash theed to finally get armor. That was a good time

I will never reroll. I love being a Wookiee.
But don't you think it is ridiculous that we can wear a smock, but not a cloak? We can wear a chef's uniform and hat, but not a cloak?
And the whole "Wookiees don't wear clothing" thing was originally based on a sample of 1. In the last movie I seem to recall a lot of Wookiees wearing things.
I think they just didn't want to take time to make the items look right on our toons. It is why the Jedi robes look so silly on us -- they didn't get the proportions right at all on those. We look like a human with furry hands and a big Wookiee head sticking out.
I think it is for the same reason that when a Wookiee talks to an NPC they call us "off-worlder". They just don't put the time into the details. They take shortcuts.

It would be pretty easy for SOE to place a Wookiee hood in the game that does the same thing as the cloak.

Yeah..im sure your little protest was the reason theres wookiee armor now. Has nothing to do with the fact that wookiee jedi at that time were getting pwnt every time they left their houses, back pre pub 9 when you had to wear armor as a jedi.

Considering it was just a short period of time between that little protest and the beginning of wookiee armor I would say it did it's job. Believe it was someone on Bria that set it up and i'm sure that those few wookiee jedi at the time attended.
