Before Decay kits, I had my super good hammer (730 was super good for me)that I only used on the trickiest of elders. Any other time, I was using high damage sliced stock models. I also had a few great hammers (680-700) that i kept in storage in case I ever needed them. Once I got a No Decay Kit, I no longer needed to hang on to my mid range hammers. I gave them away to guildies and friends.
I used my non-decaying 730 untill i was presented with a great opportunity. I was able to pick up an amazing hammer that just happened to be someone's second best. Now that he has a decay kit for his best (900 damage), he can sell his 868 hammer to me. Now that I have an 868 hammer, i can trade my old hammer and kit to a guildie for an empty decay kit. He then gave his old to someonethatwas about to master swordsman. I see the same happening all over. As people get better weapons, they are much more willing to get rid of their old, second best weapons instead of keeping them incase their best ever breaks.
All in all, ADKs have made superior weapons much more available to the public at large. On kettemoor, I personaly know of 4 850+ damage power hammers that have traded hands because the 3 owners no longer needed their second best (and third best in one case). I am sure that many such transactions are taking place that I know nothing about. Some think that ADKs are nothing but bad, and something that only the rich can use. I disagree. I think that a large percentage of the player populationare going to benefit from tradable, eternal super weapons.

I am afraid i do not understand what you mean. Are we talking acklay campers, or a spawn bug, or what? Also, a 700 max power hammer is a great weapon. You will be able to do a ton of butchering with it. 800+ is very hard to come by, but i still think that they will be more avilable on your server. I am not saying that you will start seeing 800+ hammers and 400+ stunners on the bazaar. I am saying that instead of the top 20 power hammers on your server belonging to 10 people, they now belong to 20. Power hammers 20-40 now belong to the people who owned hammers 40-60 before. I am not saying that everyone on the server will now own one of the top 10 hammers. That is impossible. I am saying that many, many people are going to be getting better weapons than they had before for much less than it would have cost before.

Well, I have waited for about a year for one of these babies, so if you are really as new as your forum registration date says, and you get one soon, you are defenently ahead of me

Considering how insultingly easy it was for me to take down the Acklay in less than five minutes with my 407 max scythe, with the twin kliks shooting fire at me and inconsequential spiders trying to hit me, I might just spend more time in the geo lab.
I had two chances at the Acklay - one against a MS/MD grouped with a Pikeman, and another solo, which netted me a lousy int. bone armor schem. But I learned where to stand to be unattackable in the chamber, so from henceforth on, I'll have a small advantage.
And that first time, I was late, but I was outdamaging them in the mind pool - they had it down to 40% H&A - but from about 90% mind, I had it down to about 7-10% mind by the time it finally died. Scythes kick ass, and now I'm wondering about getting an ADK for my 407, as a 16% pup would take it to 47x max, considering fractions of a percentage PAST the 16.
A 472-475 max scythe would only be outdamaged by a better scythe, Jedi, looted VL, or an evil T21/DXR-6b.
Right now my used kit is on my 265-674 PH - gives 782-785 max damage when 16.xxxx% pupped (depending on the fractions). I have special PvP pups that give 16/8 min/max as well as a 33% boost to point blank range and a reduction in health cost as well. Takes the hammer to 308-730.

Been working on are own rifleman’s "Hand me Down Club" in which perfectly good guns don’t get destroyed but are just handed down the line to next worse gun until the worst gun is destroyed.
Hardest part has been getting the less economically greedy folks to make enough money to afford extra decay kits.
Not sure if this is good or bad but it’s the way it is now

Yeah, same thing happened with me. i got a adk for my uber hammer, so i have no need for any of my other good hammers. they've all gone to guildie swordsman, or guildies grinding swords.
