i have a MBH with 4004 doc and 4004 rifles...
with my Heavy Lightning rifle at 2.5 speed, 1150 max, 40 elemental, 82 sac, full crit slice, sac pup, and doc buffs i rarely have trouble outdamaging

its a shame it has to come to this
against high end mobs you are probably gonna want something with a high min too like a tradno rifle with looted stocks

ive heard that the new flamethrower from mustafar ticks at 481 damage that would give you a nice headstart

most of the high end mobs die so quickly it would barely have time to tick

I'd guess that for the best damage in a short time you'd have to go for something like master sword.

My Vibro Lance is 710-1243 with the dmg pups I use.
Ill hit harder than any jedi 100% of the time....but everyonce in a while a rifleman will come along and out damage me by a little....not very often though.

It depends.
Weapons, speed tapes, buffs, etc. all play into it so you really can't safely answer this question. However, in some instances, it can be answer. For example, I can't see a pure TKM outdamaging, say apure Rifleman. But it could be possible if the Rifleman was using a crap gun and the TKM had some uber-knuckler and was modded for speed/accuracy and buffed.
