Thread: Strange bug with Anti-Decay kits *Warning!*

There appears to be a bug with Anti-Decay kits that causes items to decay when using powerups.
My T-21 was 701 dmg but had less than 25% condition.
I din't want to repair becuase the max would drop to like 650 or so, so I saved it and used an anti-Decay kit on it.
However, everytime I removed a PU and added another, the damage went down.
I didn't notice until it was about 612 max.
I messed around and I THINK it is caused by removing and re-applying a powerup.

same thing happend to me I just noticed it hammer to my power hammer it base damage dropped

I just posted the same thing!! I happened on my (Exceptional) NS Lance I put a powerup and Anti-dcay on it??? How do we fix it??

Afew questions for you guys. I put one on my scythe, it wasn't a high end on to start but got a decent dmg slice & has always been 375 max. I used power ups from time to time before the ADKs were here, & repaired it for the first time the day before ADKs came out, it now has 656/656 condition. So i applied the ADK to it & now add speed pups everytime & still have 375 max.
First, Did you guys apply the kit with a low condition that in a normally decaying weapon would slowly drop the dmg anyway (like over 50% of condition gone)? This could be causing this bug
Second, As far as I always knew it, repairing a weapon wouldn't affect the dmg range as long as it didnt fail. This not the case?

Send in a Ticket to the CSR's they will help you, a guy on my server had the same thing happen to him and they are hard at work to fix his problem

I did send in a ticket...the csr said "we cannot prove the max damage from before.... Sorry....blahhbllah blahhhh..."

just get the max damage to get below the min damage, then tell them to fix it

you should take screenshots of your weapon after purchase to have proof, i've never done this, this thread just gave that idea tho lol

i noticed this bug aswell when i put a PU on my weapon with an Anti-Decay on it

This is currently fixed on Test Center.
It has to do with the weapon not being at full condition when the adk was applied to it. The fix will make weapons with an adk on them go to full condition.

cool, so it will be fixed?...or do we need to repair our weapons to full condition?
