I have not noticed this problem personally. Sounds like most of you PU the weapon 1st and then ADK it 2nd. Sounds like a trend in the application of the kit. I put the ADK on my weapon 1st then the PU afterwards and everything is running smooth as silk. But if there is a bug. Im sure it with using the PU 1st.

ditto...i put the kit on...then the P'up...i have had no problems...dmg same as it was...so i'm perfectly happy with it.
