I've worked out how to target and loot corpses with an in game macro if anyone cares
I worked it out on Meetlumps and the like, so even if you kill one with a (reactive) hit as in you didn't target it to kill it, it just ran at you,you reacted with a one hit kill while your target is actually elsewhere.... you can still target the corpse and loot it after the event...
I've also adjusted it for fort tuskan etc (obviously buffed) so just park yourself in one of the main spawn areas(use an area attack macro, Swordsman Spin attack or the like), and you'll still loot em all, not just the one you have targeted at the moment of kill.
This is for hardcode campers only, my kinda scum.. send a private message for the particulars and if I think your scummy enough, I'll tell ya the deal.

Yeah for some reason it will always target the corpse miles away that someone else has killed and failed to loot. Even if you use /target self first.
Only really works if you are somewhere quiet with no one else killing stuff nearbye.

nope, we are keeping a health in flux of cool loot into the game, thus providing a valuable service
when you buy loot from a vendor as opposed to looting it yourself, where do you think it came from ? the loot fairy.
or some dude parked AFK for hours on end looting this stuff...

Using in game commands to do things in game? Shocking.

when you decide to go buy something that is usually only avaliable as a rare loot drop
you have no problems withcampers, you don't have your Speeder force trashed by nightsisters, you don't
loot for hours and hoursto get zip.....
you totter along to a vendor or post your bid on the auction forums, allnice and easy......
Scum like us make that possible..

Not shocking, it's called 'exploiting' when you use game commands to have an unfair advantage over other players and use them for a purposefor whichthey weren't intended. It will be dealt with, so you had better enjoy it while it lasts. I'm not bashing your style of game play, but can the game really be any fun for you? Leave Nyax to somebody else and go out and enjoy some other aspects of the game... you might find that there is more to it than uber loot.

You assume too much. Just because I know how to write a macro that loots a corpse doesn't mean I camp Lord Nyax or infact any hot loot spot.
I spend my game time travelling different POIs killing mobs, gathering loot and capping out my exp for the village generally. I use macros to help me but 99% of the time I am at the keyboard.
I'm probably gonna get one starred again here as that seems to be most people responce to someones opinion being different to there own but I'm not sure I see a real in game problem with AFK looting. What I mean by that is I simply don't see it going on much. Just try AFK looting Nighsisters or most things actually worth loot hunting from and you'll soon find that it fails badly or you die. Apart from Lord Nyax (and I'll get to him in a moment) the only sort of thing you can truly afk loot is static spawns of Meatlumps and the like. Even then you cann't go AFK for more than 15 mins or so at a time because your inventory will fill up with utter junk. But really who cares of someone wants to gank a million Meatlumps, all that has done is brought loot kit items down to realistic prices - which I think is actually a good thing for the majority of players.
Now... Where we do seem to have a problem is actually in one place with one Mob... The good Lord Nyax. This should be fixed, he's a doddle to kill and drops loot waaay above his difficulty level. On top of that he spawns every 10 minutes on a room just set up for an AFK rifleman. The answer is so simple I cann't believe it hasn't happened already - change his loot table *shrugs*. Hell remove him from the game because as far as I am aware the guy never even existed in the Starwars world.
Someone else came up with this idea in another thread but what i would love to see is the sort of stuff Nyax drops being put on the mobs in the Corvette. Boy I'd love having to actually work to get up there but then knowing that the possible rewards were instanced for me or my group. That would be cool & I would honestly love to see it happen so be careful before making such assumptions next time
