Thread: Tell me I'm not insane Nazi Stormtrooper painting

I was talking to a friend about in-game paintings, and I SWEAR I saw a page for one that never made it off Test. It was a Stormtrooper with his fist in the air, standing against a black lightning bolt against a red background. The posts suggested that it'd never made it to live because too many people thought it resembled old SS propoganda posters and stuff. The page had a picture of it and everything.
I thought it was mentioned here and linked to on Alla's. However, while I only saw this a few weeks ago, I can't find discussion about it anywhere--not here, not Alla's, nowhere.
Can you help me out here? My friend is going to cry if she doesn't get to see it. (Her medication gets upped soon.)

I know when all the new loot stuff there was a thread about this. I can't remember for the life of me if there was a screenie or not... cool and whacky stuff have a way of making it's way into a random junk screenie folder on my hard drive (I looked it's not in there)
But yes there was supposedly a Naziesque Poster on TC.

hardly nazi'istic, Nazi's use there other hand. Looks like someone is being declared the victor...

problem is not the posture of the stormtroopers or what hand he is waving with ... It is the lightning symbol behind that is very close of the "SS" nazi symbols

The thread was made in the no-longer present "in testing public" forum. The Forum was removed because the Devs considered it redundant to the other "In Testing" forum and that particular was locked after a few days of agruing whether that was the painting removed and whether or not that truely resembled true nazi propaganda. the stylized artwork, posture of the stormtrooper, and the colors chosen bear closer resemblane to communistic propaganda then facist posters. The lightning bolt was the only thing that was given some people a kneejerk reaction. Its a pity, I figure the Empire can use more proganda posters as could the Rebels.

Well, first of all..... SS propaganda posters didnt have exact lightning bolt style as this poster..... so i dont know why people spazzed about it. Big whoop, even if it was a nazi poster.... reall who cares. I have a SS helm in RL, no one complains about it, i have tons of nazi shi!t, no one complains. Mostly bcs im a WW2 collector. i even have some of the old propaganda posters, this thing doesnt resemble it at all. and nazi's use the right hand for saluting not left. People are just dumb.

Yes, not exact. But almost same. Beside I did not see anywhere in theStar Wars"SS" lightning bolts sign is used for "Storm Squadron" since SW does not use Latin alphabet nor even close to it to give this shape. Where in the SW universe they can think "hmm, what is SS letters looks like in a galaxy far far away called milky way" It is probably.
Stormtrooperstance and background lightning symbols IMO, reminds more Earth than Star Wars universe not long long ago, not far far away land.

It was called Victorious Reign. I thought it looked pretty sweet. I highly doubt SOE intended it to be "Nazi propaganda." I was sad when they decided to pull it.
