Hi, i need information about how to get Black Sun Armor, is a good place to loot it? i'm asking because going inside DWB after CU is insane so i would really appreciate u post the waypoints where u get this armor.

I suppose GL means 'Good Luck', and I believe you can find some random Black Sun spawns on Yavin IV or Endor...

most of those spawns are lvl 82 and above, and they hit hard

Yes - they are Advanced lvl 82 (The Black line running top to bottom through their LVL) they do hit hard and they have a very high health bar.



Take a well orgainsed team that are as dedicated as you are to looting this armor, A lot of poeple will get bored after killin 10 Black sun with no loot. Stick with it tho and you'll get your reward eventually

it'll take a damned long time, pray they fix the dwb i found some the far side of nightsister stronghold, wasn't paying atention they trashed my swoop and killed me in 10 seconds flat =(

Black Sun need to be Made easier.., much easier..!!


They are waaay too tough to Solo, & waaay too far & few between to be worth grouping for.


Even with a full Group, you will lose 1 - 3 players with each encounter & if your unlucky, all of them if the Docs get hit. "these guys DB every time".


Which is why i have never been able to start a BS hunt Group.


PPL just won't do em, causethe rewards are too low for a group also.


I think this is an entier section of the game that is not getting used by the player base based on the difficulty in finding / fighting them & therareness of the drops.

They amped their level at last pass I believe. Every spawn I've seen on Dath and on Yavin have been CL 88 (thugs and guards) or CL 89 (assasin's and henchmen). And yes, these may be THE hardest mob in the game now that's not dungeon related (SBD's). They hit hard from both Ranged and Melee and switch quick so roots/snares/kiting tactics don't work too well,

Last week I killed 15 of them solo, didnt drop a thing, but they now travel in groups of five

not by a long shot. the hardest mob's in the game (they're not in any dungeon) don't drop loot... most i've gotten is 3 credits. as one of the dev's said at the bar after fan fest, you oughtta get a badge for killing those things. you think 80+ is tough, lol, go after the lvl 500 bad boys, now those hurt, and my respect goes out to any group (or coordinated groups) that can kill even one of these suckers post CU
