Thread: Reward from Syren part 3?

After finising part three of the Syren quest line, I ended up with no reward and my journal isn't updated saying it's complete. The NPC won't talk to me again, so I'm assuming I finished the quest correctly. I didn't expect MUCH of a reward for it, but getting nothing at all for it and not having my journal update makes me think it was bugged. Is anyone else getting these symptoms?

If ur imperial, talk to the imp officer on the left hand side of the bar in bestine canteena.

You get 1000fp and no update in your journal. Wait for publish 27 for part four where we have to kill 21 avatar guards to get 500fp.

LMFAO, i was about to say the sam thing, or something like it.. And the reward would be: A Rebel Banner and -200 imp faction(oooo yay)

I too received no reward but I did loot a Blackscale Acid Launcher from the "Boss" Trandoshan you have to kill to get the Wookie out. I can't remember the stats. I asked a commando if it was decent or trash and he said it was good. Offered to buy it from me.

Yeah i looted a trando rifle.......stats were pretty decent.

Thanks for posting that...I did the quests last week and thought I must be bugged since the journal didn't update.
Well, I guess 1000fp is better than a dirty stick in the eye.

I talked to the imperial guy today and he says that he has no more leads and to check back......that tells me that there is a part 4. There also might be the second haf of part three comming soon.

There is no major reward for the quest, but you can loot stuff from the Trandoshan you must kill in this part of the quest. The weapons he drop are fairly cool and that Commando Acid Launcher is freakin AWESOME. I so want one now

Than this should be a commando or rifleman only quest.. it does nothing for the others.

Any tips on how a master smuggler / master pistoleer / 0030 carbiner and take that damned trando out, solo,to help the wook? He annihilates me every time.

Umm yeah. Quests should require specific professions due to the random loot one can get off the mission NPCs. Wait a second....that doesn't make sense.
