Thread: Where are all these holocrons from?

I see people selling dozens and dozens of these at a time, and yet I've only looted 2 in my entire time playing. Is there a soloable place where this is a common drop? I'd use the forum search, but we all know how useful that is...

Force sensitive NPCs, ie, DJK, DJM, force crystal hunters, dark adepts, etc.

If you are a rebel, go kill Dark Troopers and high lvl (CL 81+) storms NPCs.

Really? That's it? I was thinking there had to be something reasonably low level, since the quantities that people are amassing are insane. Seems like every few days, somebody comes out with 15 or 20 for sale.

Dark Troopers are CL 54 in general, and can be farmed very easily in factionned npcs base, depending on your server.

I thought they were coming from the dark troopers in the naboo weapons factory POI. I see afk ranged looters there in EVERY room, they just blast away and then loot whatever is there I thought.
They may just be farming faction though, I did not care to continue killing them to see if they are dropping though it was the place to be to get holos b4 now.

DJM/DJK's drop holocrons ALOT
I'd say about 25% of their drops are holocrons.

Man i remember the first holo i looted back during winter '03. It felt like I won the lottery. Now there is no loot in the game that is even close to what those stood for

I am holo hungry. I have only looted a few. I would like to use 15 to 20 per month. Wish I could find more.
