that was what the DOTs were for, 300 mind poison, 297 mind fire, 275 mind desease, warcry him for the first tick of fire and poison and hes down 1500 mind, slap intimidate on him to decrease his damage down to close to mine.
Rifleman templates if we are talking rifles didnt in general have intimidate, and hitting a dodge capped fencer was extremely hard, but i see you play on bloodfin and you guys arnt all that good at pvp.
whos talking about riflemen? We are talking about exceptional weapons and you go and exclude all weapons exceptrifleman weps just so that your little senario might make a little sense. Guess what? There are exceptional melee weapons too, and besides you still couldn't kill a rifleman who had this

thats not enough lol
and 3's a charm. Now its evident you don't want to answer my question cause it wouldn't be in your favor.
jesus christ dude, flameout 246% mitigation bonus for 5 attacks, + 221 power resist buffs, and pikatta pie, + 85% saberblock , anyone who knows how to pvp would whipe that rifleman out in about 6 seconds, you dont run away from a rifleman like that you run right at them, with flameout active, the odds of getting 5 shots passed the saberblock and 50% change to dodge pikatta, then get the DOT passed the resist buffs is pretty much 0. a lightsaber to a ranged player would whipe them out in 4 hits if it was a decent one.
We had people like that on Scylla, among others a 3k something T21 and guess what the ones who tried to run got slain the ones who popped teh flameout and went right at them killed them.
Exceptional melee weapons were harder, but a CM usually got the stackers with the exceptionals pretty easily.
can you repeat the question im not answering btw? i cant see a single one in there i havent answered. and like i said you are on bloodfin i would understand why you dont know pvp.

so what you're saying is that a rifleman with a T21 that had a dmg of 2million couldn't beat that jedi? /shrug, did you not take into account a full templated rifleman, with maybe a second master in a tk or swordsman?warcry/int ring a bell?
for everyone template that you come up with that theoretically in your opinion might have a chance against a very specific templated guy with a specific exceptional weapon there are 50 other templates that don't have a chance.
why are you getting frustrated? we are just having a discussion. No need to start making immature generalized serverwide pvp opinionated comments. I'm not gunna get angrycause you called bloodfin a poopoo head ok?
heres the question that you're avoiding.

no, with 90% composite, 40% psg + exo protein wafers, dodge food and a nice assortment of DOT weapons they were pretty much a joke to kill.
and with 90% composite, 40% psg + exo protein wafers, dodge food and a nice assortment of (exceptional) DOT weapons what were you?
btw you still haven't mentioned anythingabout pve lol. This is the second time i've bought this to your attention.
I had the fortune of looting 6 exceptionals on chimarea: 2 Ns lances, a sr combat pistol, a wook bowcaster, and my greatest piece an exceptional ns bicep that had 2 +25's and a +23 on it. Sadly the bracer was in my inventory just long enough to see the mods when i had accidentally destroyed it... As for the effects these had on either pve or pvp were none...as i had a 1300 max lva that was not exceptional that was my biggest work horse.. took me 42 seconds to do a janta mission. As for pvp I didnt do much as Pike/doc was mainly pve for me as i hated listening to peops complain about me blackbarring their mind pool in a couple seconds.(usually reserved the mind fires for peops attacking our bases or unlucky guildmates who i conned into letting me set on fire). Do I miss them? Yeah almost cried when I saw my lva after the CURB readjusts but it only reaffirmed that I should go ahead and unlock my jedi. Would still be pike/doc had it not been for the CURB as they were my only proffs in the 2 years i have been playing.
I still have all of the excepts i looted save for the bicep... they make for good decoration but thats about it. The bowcaster had it's name changed but i still have it up on my wall -
Rollo
My Legendary LVA (325-1517)
My Wood staff (411 mind fire)
My Two-Handed Cleaver (768 mind poison)
My Spider venom (power 458) that was used to make the most powerful poisons ever known to Kauri. (1900+ area, 2000+ single mind poisons)
And countless other exceptional DoTs and high damage weapons.
/sigh
I miss my good old e-11 rifle. It wasn't exceptional, just had very very good speed and 340-830 damage. I couldn't pvp with it but with master rifleman I could kill most krayts with some time and lucky kiting. Now with the level system master rifleman (lvl 54) can't even think about krayts, the e-11 rifle got moved down to cert level 30 or something and did 200-450 damage post cu or some crap like that. I eventually destroyed it to remove the adk.
Don't get me wrong, I think exceptionalweapons had to go. But they did not need to destroy everything that the older players (not that many of us left anyway now) played hard for. The level system sucks. The older combat system with modifications would have been hands down more enjoyable to play.
