No, he's a Swordsman, hence the Vibro Axe and not Long Vibro Axe - and references to not being able to KD/Dizzy.

1st off: I do have an exceptional weapon. Its a vibro axe that does over 1100+ damage with a PU. Now would this weapon ever see the light of day? No. Why? Condition loss. 2nd: That vibro axe is garbage in PVP. AP1 only. Kinetic Damage. And I have no way to kd/dizzy anyone. Everybody seems to be wearing their 90% kin helms every time I fight somebody. So does my weapon unbalance PVP...Not in the least bit. Only thing it works well on are Jedi. But I cannot kd them so they just can run away and heal up.

Are you even a bloody pikeman? Long Vibro Axes are AP2, yes MEDIUM AP, and why can't you KD/dizzy? Pikeman has 2 KD attacks and 2 dizzy attacks, not to mention posture down!! And what does thier helm have to do with it? Pikeman don't hit mind often enough to even hope for a mindkill without mindfire.
I am a Speedcapped Master pikes with an anti-decayed 1556 LVA, I hit most Melee guys for 200+dmg through 80 Kinetic comp, and Ranged guys 500+. If you can't pvp with a 1k+ pike, give it away and get a new profession....better yet, one you know the specials to, and weapon stats.

so... because I put TONS of time trying to loot myself some nice weapons, and you havnt, Noone deserves them? It took me 3 months too loot my 1k dmg LVA. and come the CU I am going to be nerfed down to the same level as some player who has sat in coronet spamming all-day long? yeah, sounds real fair. My move is for no exceptional or legendary weapons, but let us have our above average weapons.

as I said, lets still have above average, but the percentage has to be talked about... i was suggesting that you allow a like 50% above normal stats, which is wepaons crafted by WS with 99% in dmg for example... say it turns out on a powerhammer to be 500dmg, and now allow up to 750dmg max, where this weapon is capped, wether it was crafted with loot components or it was looted at all... (with slice and pup you can come to reasonable high values, but not to uber values... well perecentages have to be talked about, maybe weapon dependent...)
just as some things are already capped at certain values for more gameplay... thinking about melee def was capped at 125, where before pple with 165 were invincible...
reinforcement cores (adv) are capped at +40 dmg for example and composite armor is capped at 80% during crafting...
