p.s. my rifle/doc/cm canrundown the cave on food, and solo acklay with ease. This is easy with just a little knowledge of this game and a good low ham / high damage rifle.

true.. that can be done..


but that will also be a possibility if the cave/poi are Instanced, that way you dont come up to any given place, just to find it all empty because some jedi came by dragging everything to the end and slap them hard with his glowstick.


As I see it, there are absolutely nothing wrong with Instances, everyone will win on such a thing. (unless ofcourse you are one of those AFK LootJunkeyCampers )...


With Instances everyone gets a chance to come alone, come with friends or what ever they want... with out interferring with anyone else.. whats so bad about that?


We are all paying for the game, shouldnt we all have a chance to experience all parts of the game? Instances can make that happen.

What they need is for each dungeon/poi to have it's own time limit, spanning from 0:45 to 3:30 hours. Once inside the area, the timer should start counting down ... online or not, you should then get ejected.


sad thing is .. posts marked as a "Petition" are ignored by the devs.

Completely demoralising when a logger outdamages you on spawns.
Also really upsetting when you are working a camp/spawn/dungeon and a group/pair come and KS the crap out of you.
Personally, I leave . . but that's what they want . . . . can't abide /tell wars.

great idea. In fact a better idea would be to instance all caves and once you kill the king mob its gone tll the next time you go in.

One thing that stands out as a 'best feature' of other MMO's are the instanced events. (Disclaimer: I don't want SWG to turn into those 'other MMO's by any means.) Caves and bunkers might be difficult to be instanced but if there were spawnable missions (like Mallichae, for example) that were varied in difficulty levels and had good rewards, I think it would appease many players, casual or not.

I think if a character is in a certain location when they log off, that location should be changed when the character is logged back onto the game. If you went to corellia and picked coronet as the first location to start from on that planet, then later you are else were on that planet and decide to log off. When you come back into the game you should start from coronet, colleria. Now don't get me wrong if you are doing a mission and the internet connection is lost, or swg shuts off, you wont start back in coronet. If this was to work there would have to be a certain time limit after you log off until you start back at the orginal location you came onto the planet from.
