People need to log out safe, when i got disconnected in space im back on the ground, should be the same with Dungeons and Dangerous Places. Just send em to the nearest Cloning Center.

I know I logged out and back in after 5 minutes at the warren so I could talk to the widow (had to get the agro removed). Plus the question about connection problems could lead issues. 10-15 minutes sounds good as a timer for removal.
what he said.. if i crash i dont want to get booted from the cave..

Granted lately, hasn't been much for loot in my usual hunting grounds, but I would much rather prefer instanced zones. Of course, the question is if SoE is willing to dedicate the resources to make that a possibility - then again, the mechanics of SwG are quite a bit different from say, EQ2, so it may never happen.
But it would definitely bring the loot value down, make it more aquireable by the masses, and avoid the drama of dealing with issues of certain players hogging the key loot areas.
Since there really is nothing in the game to really be considered content, I found my enjoyment through creating a combat oriented character that could basically kill almost everything and, through fighting the high tier mobs, be rewarded for it through the valuable loot. But I've had to avoid some of the key areas because I don't want to have to try and compete against players who can afford to spend even more than I can simply because they've been around longer.

I was in the geos today and waited about 1hr50m for the acklay.... and I wait and wait and wait. And then people start to log in the acklay and then all of a sudden, I know I'm not gonna get loot rights with these people logging in there. I think this should be changed. I honestly think that it destroys the content that there is already a serious lack of in the game. Its not fair to the people who want to enjoy the game, and not only play 20 minutes a day to kill the acklay or DWB or anything like that. I think that once someone completely logs out(char leaves the world) it should be ejected from the cave/dungeon/bunker. Just a thought.

You should have brought your friends with you, instead of soloing it - that would give you a greater chance of getting the loot rights.
However, I agree with you that poeple that logout in the cave should be booted (30 minutes after logging out, to prevent being booted by a "Lost Connection" or a client crash), so they can't just login and kill the Acklay, but need to go down all the way again (less chance of them getting down there unbuffed).

Heres a thought.
Why not make those parts of dungeons Instanced?
If you are in a group, and dies while the group are in the instanced part, then you can get back in with the group.
if you are ungrouped, then you enter your own instance.
At logout, you exit the enstanced part, and at login you popup next the the entrance to the instanced part.
One thing thou, would be that more people have access to the loot, meaning that more higher level stuff gets introduced into the world, which then lowers the price and makes it possible for more people to get access to these things..
Im all for Instanced dungeons, because I also want to kill a boss one day.... and perhaps even before some Loot Junkie logging in 1 minute before the boss spawns.

Make POIs/Caves instanced - if you want to go with some friends then you should be grouped to all enter the same instance.
AND
If you log out or go AFK there you get ejected.
Some POIs are so badly overrun these days it's sad. I went exploring the other day and went down some cave (can't remember what or where it was) got to the bottom of the cave to find 8 (yes EIGHT) people just standing AFK around some crate at the back.
