Actually it is. They stopped dropping a long time ago. I've seen em going for a few million each.

they still drop. They just dont show up very often. I have seen em drop at the Warren

they are said to be dropping of "a commoner" npc's, and possibly npcs in the warren


-buut, the other night i went out with 5000 faction with townsfolk(thats what commoners are considered) and killed commoners until my faction was almost at 0. Each npc killed gave me -10 faction for townsfolk-- killed roughly 500 of them, it was a slaughter!!


when done i had no palm frond


maybe try the warren for batter luck??
