I never got one as a reward from jaba's.
I have one in my house and my visitors find it's scents intoxicating.
I killed a random npc in western dantooine to get mine. I've never seen one before that but I think it's apart of some quest, but I'm not sure which one.

I looted one on yavin, not sure off what though :/. I finished the reb theme park for the 2nd time and killed some kliknick guardians around the area and when i checked my inventory i had one. *shrug*

Got all 4 of mine from a Gungen temple about 5000m SE of Theed found em in piles of loose debris, but lately all I get from there is credits.
So I think that the palm frond is eather out or on its way.

The gungan stronghold piles are no longer producing any items. They can still presumably be looted off of plainsfolk.

I heard there was a mission on Tatooine or some place that gave you the Fronds as a reward. I don't know for sure though.
I have two Fronds. Bought them both off the Theed bazaar for 4k about two months back!

The fronds are still found at the Gungan Temple near Keren....they spawn randomly in those "debris containters." If you really need to have one, I'm sure you could camp them out for a couple hours.

When was the last time you found one there? I haven't been able to open any of the containers since a patch a while back (Might have been publish 8). The piles still say they have 2-3 items in them on examine, but nothing happens when I try to open them.

I have been checking..camping the area for quite a while and since publish 8 no items seem to be spawing in the debris piles on Naboo. Just credits. And It used to be the containers would open a window regarless of if you got credits or items now the containers do not open.

The items are in there, you can tell with the container 'volume' amount, you just can't OPEN the damn thing. Clearly they've been bugged since publish 8. I /bugged it the day after publish 8 went live but never heard anything back. No acknowledgement from the devs in any of these threads either. Which I suppose is exactly what we should expect, its not a game-breaking bug by any stretch. Still, its annoying and NEW, not like the chair-slide that's been evident since day-one. We need to impress upon SoE that they need a 'lead annoying-bug squasher' dev position.

Thats odd...if I do recall it was before publish 8. Aside from the fronds, you might loot those silly slave collars, eyes of mesera, work lights, chance cubes, and other garabage. Occasionally the containers would be locked too...so I gues it all varies. Maybe you're right though that the last "fix" junked up our goodies collection.

I remember looting mine off one of the NPC's I was sent to kill from the Emperor's Retreat.
