me and my little bro share an account, i feel bad that he doesnt get the vet rewards :[

Ok I am not totally sure what happenned but logged onto my main and now I cant get any field items, dont even get an option that loads up for rewards. tried a few commands like /claimvet, claimVeteranreward and such but no dice

Just to try to clear things up:
1) At each "veteran milestone" (90 day, 180 day, 365 day, and every 365 days after that) you can choose one reward. This reward can only be claimed by a single character for the account.
2) At every milestone, you can choose an item from that level, or any previous level. So at 365 days, you can still choose an item from the 90 day or 180 day lists. You still only get one item, though.
3) "For the Home" and "For Fun" items can be claimed multiple times, either by different characters on an account, or {although I'm not 100% sure on this part} by the same character. So at 90 days you choose to get the miniature R2 model. At 180 days, you can choose to get a second mini R2 (or a mini protocol droid, the other 90 day For Fun reward), or any of the other 90 day or 180 day rewards.
4) "For the Field" items can only be claimed once per account. Ever. So say at 90 days you choose the "Self powering harvester kit". At 180 days, you can still choose any 90 day item except for the self powering harvester kit, even if the character claiming the 180 day reward is different from the one who got the harvester kit. If you choose the Mini X-wing, at 365 days you can choose the "30k crate of resources" (the 180 day "For the Field" reward).
Just trying to keep people informed to minimize stories like the original poster.

What I got from reading the thing is this:
My brother gets the 90 day prize, cool.
Now when I log on on my other character, I'll be able to get the 180 and 360 prizes, because it says different characters can't get items from the same time period, so he on Lowca could get the 90, I on Ahazi can get the 180 and 360. That's better than nothing, but I'm still kinda ticked.

maybe a fix will come along since i think 20% or more of the people here have issues

jopenack, if you were answering Willbur, that's incorrect. You can only get one particular field reward once per account. But you can still get the self-powered harvester, then the 30k resource generator, then the anti-decay kit. But once claiming a field reward, you can never again get another one of that item, on any character. So you can't get a self-powered harv for your 90 day, then pick it again for your 180 day.

If the plain text wasn't enough, the EXAMPLE was sufficient. And since when did ANYONE think 'account' meant 'server'? You login to the LAUNCHPAD with your account, if you look at the top there is a list of ALL the characters on that ACCOUNT. make sense to anyone else? They didn't say one iterm per SERVER, they said ACCOUNT.

Not the same wording. THAT'S the point. Worded in the manner they posted, it is confusing. One character per account...is not.

Exactly. I would hope to eventually see something like:
- For The Home and For Fun items are also limited to a one time choice per item per account.
OR
- For The Home and For Fun items are limited to a one time choice per item per server
Please note that I'm not answering the question - just suggesting the type of clarification I would like to see.
