Good job for the 5 recycler.
I think the blue wire could also come from a type of chunker.
Keep in mind that 'chunker' is a family like 'binayre' or 'sleemo'.
Only binayre hooligans loot the blue wire, none of the others binayre, so it could be that one sort of chunker drop it too, only need to find out which one.

Now since Pub 13 i've been occasionally finding small pockets of Ruffians and Hooligans (usually about 3 ruffians, 2 hooligans) that will respawn 4 times before poofing. Maybe a little better chance to find the Blue wire unless you can find that rare static spawn around Dearic (wish they still restarted servers every day).

Ive finished them on chimaera server as well, i guess all servers have these on sale now. If anyone wants one on chimaera let me know we have a few for sale, and can make them to order now

Nice Job ! I don't have the time tomake more recyclers and sell them. If you can acutally do that, wow.

Really the only thing that would prevent selling these on a very regular basis would be the blue wires, everything else is simple enough to gather up quite quickly. I need 4 more blue wires to complete my set of recyclers, and it took me over a week of camping the Binarye POI every evening to get my last 2... ugh. hehehe

Tumble Blender Schematics can be obtained easily by taking Kobola Miner missions from the Rebel Outpost on Rori (they come up very close to the outpost; less than 600 meters). Only Kobola Pit Boss NPCs drop this schematic. I obtain two of these schematics in about 40 minutes (6 sets of 2 missions).

In my experience so far, only Binayre Smugglers drop heating elements.

i have been at the binyare poi and cleared it 8times.. nothing drop that are needed for the recyclers 
on ahazi server btw

Blue Wires = Bin Hooigans. Don't bother with the Bin missions. I tried that for countless hours, you have to go to the POI on talus and kill the hooligans at the entrance. They spawn every 20mins.

well killed 200 or more binayre and no drops.. 1 heating element though.
and no sale of wires on ahazi

Binayre Hooligans are just too hard to find in any number and fast enough to gather 3 blue wires in a short time unless you find that static spawn around Dearic- This should really be changed. If the dev's thought this should be a wonderful implementation to the game, having to sit hours and hours on end to find just one blue wire is boring, yet you need 3!!! I hope they put more thought into this and maybe at the very least allow you to pull missions on Binayre Hooligans. I've had everything for my ore recycler done for about a week and a half now except for the 3 blue wires to make the Tumble Blender.
And if they really DO drop from a type of chunker, i've only ever seen 4 types.
Chunker Swindler - Don't Drop for sure
Chunker Punk - Don't drop for sure - Slaughtered countless numbers of both of these
Chunker Bully - Never killed these, seem them around Dearic
Chunker Mooch - Never killed these either, but they occasionally appear as a static spawn around dearic.
Also there are Chunker Nitwits, but sure they don't drop it either.

This is the truth, I ran around Dearic and found a static spawn of Binyare Hooligans, pulled about 18 blue wires and as many grey viewscreens in about 1 hour.
