cleared kobola cave 3times now.. 4drops 3recyclers and 1tumbler 
drop rate arent ok on my point of view
but i dont know how an ok drop rate are in game

First...congrats to the person who got all 5 done. i have 4 completed (3 done by myself and 1 made by a friend and given to me). Chem recycler is the last to be made.

I've mentioned in several replies to other posts that I strongly believe that loot drop frequencies vary per server. I see some players on some servers posting that it was easy to obtain a certain loot item, while other players on others servers are having difficulty.
The difficulty with some loots is that many are from a specific type of mob ( like agitator motors for example drop only from Captain Canyon Corsairs ). The other problem with rare loots in this situation is that you could be hitting the right type of mobs without knowing it...but because it doesnt drop,you move on to something else, potentially missing an opportunity.
In regard to the drop rate and ease of obtaining an item, i think the majority has established and agreed as to what parts/schems of the recyclers are rare. Someone saying that they got an agitator schem in one buff session farming the POI does not establish that it's an easy loot. I got 3 or 4 in a buff session and a half one night farming random captains....but that doesnt establish that its easy either as the next 2 or 3 nights could be a wash for me or the other person. Someone else could have been looting somewhere else at the same time and ended up with nothing.
Thing to keep in mind is that (given the same amount of time and kill rate ) some ppl are outright lucky and consistently get good drops... others are more cyclical where they hit lootingstreaks and lulls.....and there are those that are flat out unlucky.

well i got 4 tumble and 4 ore schematics from 1 buff session so its okay i guess now i am off to get other items

Just to help you guys out, if you are on Bria and are having problems looting the agitator motor schem...I have two on auction on the Bria Galaxy Trade.

found the chunkers. and drop rate on ahazi arent good. in my point of view
and they dont need to be outside nashal i am killing chunkers outside Dearic. they drop all items to.

Yeah, i couldnt find any blue wire off chunkers either, but my friend swears he got one off them. The number one way to get Blue Wire is still Binarye Hooigans. Oh the regular wire is used in fixing those datapads/corrupt datadisks. I cant remember exactly. I ended up making2 fixed datapads. They just have some random story on there to read. Its not very exciting and i don't feel they are worth the effort to make. What you do is fix the datapad and fix the corrupt data disk. Then put the fixed data disk into the fixed datapad to get the completed Data pad with some Starwars fiction. If someone would like more detail on making them, i can explain it in more detail.

Chunkers do NOT drop blue wires, at least in my experience to date. Ive nearly commited genocide on the poor buggers ive killed so many. If someone has gotten a blue wire from a chunker id love to hear from them. 
Ps- Congrats on assembling all the recyclers! I'm working on the 4th of my set atm. But the blue wires have seriously slowed me down on finishing...

Skuzz - i agree, my own experience says that chukens do not, in anyway drop Blue Wiring - however, they do drop Red Wiring, Pulverizers and Processer Attachments - the drop rate can be low to very low and then suddenly youre invt is too full of all thiese things..
only looted Blue Wiring of Binayre Hooligans.
