Yeah, the rebels get their banner as a reward in their theme park, but we have to wait for an election that's open, not only to the Imperials, but to rebels and neutrals as well

And on top of that, it's STILL only a 50/50 chance!Go figure!

I got mine after the first election
But now I am hurting all of my fellow Imps on my server by voting for Shawn.

ok do u have to go to bestine and talk to that dude but what i heard is u got to vote for him instead of going to the tusken fort but everytime i talk to him hes already in office is there a certain time hes running for re-election?

Talk to a woman (I forget her name) who is in one of the rooms to the right as you walk into the capital building. She will tell you when the next election begins (This week, she said that the elections will take place in less than one week). Decide who you will vote for (Victor gives the Imperial Banner as one of a couple different "rewards" for voting for him; Sean gives an ugly ornate rug). See that canditate and his secretary...do what they ask you to do, and then cast your vote by talking to the woman in that side-room again. Then just wait until the election is over, and go and get your reward!

Each of the candidates also have a quest that can be done, but only while they are in office. Victor's quest involves bringing back the head of a tusken exectuioner I believe. I've heard of different rewards given for completing his quest. Sean's quest is easy - a novice entertainer could do it. If you do Sean's quest you will receive the "star emerging from behind a planet" painting.

You want the Imperial Banner? No need to take missions, just vote for Victor at the next elections. I've no idea what the timing for these elections is like (it was announced a while back but trust me nobody remembers the dates lol) If he wins, you'll either get the Imperial Banner, which is nice, or a crappy necklace called "Loyalist" or something which is identical to what Tailors can make for you. It's 100% random, just your luck (or lack of).

On the other hand, if you vote Sean, you'll either get an Ornate Rug, which is nice, or a crappy statue which is something identical to what Architects can make for you. Also random.

Yeah, all the guys who are happy with everything are playing the game

More than weeks a believe.

It might actually be 1 month exactly, or close to it.

I held the auction for my Imperial Banner on September 16th(one month from today), and I believe I received it right around that date, maybe a day before.

So if it is one month, I say we go check out Bestine.
