RotW loot was nice, and the quests were fun, but this statement by the DEV frightens me. I already have 5 houses (all my lots) filled to the brim with DECORATIONS. I don't really have anywhere to put all these new expansion items. The plain and simple problem with loot is that most of it is not useful in any way shape or form.

I figure in a large part this is due to having a player crafted economy, but surely there must be a beter way to integrate loot with crafting (i.e. new BH casing/power cell drops.)

The possibilities are endless: +damage PERCENTAGE components to weapon crafting process (and no more silly caps please), defensive bonus armor crafting pieces, +luck CA and components (if it actually did anything), appearance mods to armor (how about some flashy L.E.D.s on your helmet, definitely not unbalancing), schematics for new clothes, BE clothing upgrades, MAX LEVEL/SKILL POINT INCREASERS, etc. etc. I really don't think any of these would be unbalancing as everybody would have a chance to loot them. Make loot available on ALL mobs (including lvl 1 creatures), of course quality would be determined by level, this way the 2-day noob doesn't get kept out of the fun.

As it stands now, it seems to me that this game is an MMO experiment gone awry, with nothing but a dead end for veteran players (who don't want to grind jedi, but maybe would if there were a reason to kill things.)

My 2 cents.
