Only the blue rug adhesive(maybe even the only loot kit item that is obtainable now_from starting the droid quest in Moenia (inbetween 2 weapons crafting station) and theres no point having that if no other loot kit parts drop atm.
Guess some time in future,they might remove the loot kits alltogether like so many other stuff
Have 5 blue rug adhesives and hardly any other parts to complete even 1 rug.
