No, the adhesive has always been a reward...even when it was on TC.


Sadly, all the other parts have not dropped in some time. They need to either put the loot back in-game or remove the loot kits from the junk dealers.

Thank you Ty, after months of searching vendors for the blue rug adhesive, I did the quest in 1/2 hour and now have my rug.

who drops the loot kit items now, i tried the mummer thugs all day and didnt get anything for the junk kits.

Nothing does - the drops have been out of the game for several publishes now.


Only way to get the adhesives is to pry one out of the hands of someone who has a few left. You can get a blue rug adhesive as a quest reward from protocol droid in Moenia, but that is the only one still around (on the steps of the guild hall closest to the starport).


And the other pieces will have to be purchased off of loot vendors or the bazaar.

well, if they have been out of the game for awhile. then why do they pop on the bazaar in mass numbers. i think they still drop. but not sure who does. hopefully someone knows and is willing to offer info about it.

they do not drop from npc's anymore...you have to buy them from people that have alreadty looted them and are selling them

i had so many,,, they just kept going from the store room back to the for sale area,,,, i finally sold the last of them a few weeks ago. i had 20 something adheasives, and a few hundred componets. (a guild mate was AFK'n meat lumps)



glad to finally be rid of them all. just too many items to keep restocking every 30days

they still drop. I was doing a quest that involved the black suns that are near that downed spacecraft nea rthe imp oupost on talus and i got the blue rug adhesive...other people have confirmed this also.

You got the blue rug adhesive because in that little area of the Black Sun NPC's, is the NPC who GIVES you the blue rug adhesive for the quest reward.

You didnt kill a Black Sun and they dropped it--the NPC gave it to you as a reward for that part of the quest.

a droid in moenia... our from the starport abit on the right go to the gerage then soem building behind it on the left is a doid by soem crafting stations and a borken wall or soemthing...c3p0 droid type
