We got around 20 tissue, 35 pearls, lots of scales, mandalorian intraframes, and some CM stuff this weekend... So they are definately dropping.

u know whats funny is i get better tunes on FAIR crystals then i do on good pearls rofl

Figures, I was out last night and couldn't find a single one and thought to myself, 'I wonder how good they're spawning after server reset, too bad I work early and will never know'.
I guess, now I know LoL, save some for me!
