This is there marketing strategy for this:
People who have never played the game before will most likely get the all-in-one package, because they just started playing and they want the new speeder.
Dedicated players, however, will go out and purchase the all-in-one so they can say that they have a BARC Speeder, yet another exclusive item they put out there to make people want to buy it.
I don't know why they can't make this special stuff obtainable by veteran rewards. It doesn't make sense...

The question is, are they getting an in-game BARC Speeder, or some little model in the package. I know I got some unknown misc. pewter figure and some other stuff in the original SE Box.
I would hope they are not dumn enough to make a mistake as big as this...

Fantastic, just great, so not only do players now get a All in One pack for the price of JTL, but now we're actually losing out? SOE seems to be chasing after new customers more than taking care of the ones they already have.

The BARC being a gift means that it'll probably be between the X34 and Speederbike in performance :/

The BARC speeder looks pretty bad-ass, I want one!!!
Unfortunately, there is no way to get it without creating a new toon. Even if you go out and buy the all-in-one pack, there is no way to transfer the speeder from the pack to your current toon. The only person who can claim the speeder is the one from the all-in-one account and, ofcourse, it will not be tradable (like the Naboo speeder).

But, how do you KNOW it will actually work this way? I'm imagining buying the all-in-one expansion pack and being able to use the key to get the expansion and the BARC. heh
