Agree there is no logic on that.

I'm a Jedi and was playing around with the cube and ended up making a Mustafar Painting Schematic #3 and its NON TRADABLE and requires Master Architect???? What is the point of having non trade on a schematic??????? How is this crafter friendly.... first off the cube combos are just pure luck and when you actually get something you can't trade it WHAT'S THE POINT DEVS?????
Can this be changed DEVS??????

Honestly, I think this is a mistake made when they changed theMustafar items from no tradable to biolinkable(they must forgot to change it), I would make a post in the "on live" issues thread, with a quotation of the SOE guy who anounced 95% of the items would be tradeable and open a ticket in game, and hope Tiggs read it soon.
LMAO. I think the dev team has to review some of the non tradeable loot in TOW. I was reading in another tread where some guys looted a non tradeable Old Republic PSG (requires Armorsmith to use it ) from Doombringer.
ROFL, their answer will be "Works as intended". Meaning use a /respec to Armorsmith because you can't trade or sell it.
I can kind of understand that the economy, well especially on my server, is gotten way out ofcontrol and the dev want to correct it. But I don't think this is the answer.
For example check the Chilastra Trade Forum and search for Doombringer DP-23. Some guy tried toautionthe riflefor min: 80million / incr: 8 million / buy out: 160 million ( this guy got major flamed btw ). Also, the price of jetpacks before TOW was 85 million, now because you can fly over the lava with it, 105+ million ( and climbing ). Does this mean my Desert/Lava Skiff (non tradeable btw) are worth at least 20 million?

This is how I understand the devs thinking on the Cube and non-trade schems. Just a theory:
The quest to GET the cube is non-combat, so anyone...including a lvl 1 crafter can get it. Can only get glowy items through killing things. Combat folks kill things and learn combo recipes of the cube by experimenting, thus realizing they cannot make schem items or trade them. So, they go back out and get the items they used to make those schems and then go find the necessary crafter, give the crafter the glowies, and have the crafter make the schem and then the item for the combat person. In essence, the devs' attempt to maintain a purpose for crafters in-game since the crafters have been screwed by loot out-preforming crafted items since RotW.
Again, just a theory. But a sound one.Raz-
Yep, nice theory. But as a CL1 crafter I'm not going to spend $30 on an expansion to do one quest to get a crafting cube. The last thing I need right now is to become a crafting machine for combat characters, which is what its beginning to sound like.
Well, i did buy it and i went got the cube, i'm highly unlikely to actually go back ot mustafar and i'm extremely unlikely to be able to kill anything to get the glowy items. It stinks tbh that crafters got the shaft once again, always shafting the crafters while keeping the combat professions happy. OI, SOE, give us crafter 300+ more perma schematics for new clothing, buildings, weapons, vehicles, decorations etc and perhaps we might be happy.
Limited use? Non-tradeable? Who was smoking crack when these ideas were considered good?
Fools!
Non tradable shems wasn't very bright since crafters can't get the glowy things by themselves and now the combat classes experimenting is for nothing usefull too.

THey said 95% was tradeable, why for all that is holy...would schems be the 5% that are no-trade?...this game makes puppies sad...
it is suposedly the reason for crafters to buy the expansion, but lets just say that the cube didn't convince me to buy it for my crafter.
