yes but must have some medic. i have never soloed one, however i held a giant krayt for 5min with master swords / master doc, waiting for guild to regroup. FYI canyons will land a lot of stun states, and giants spam area dizzy and KD attacks like there is no tomorrow.

Why do Krayt Dragons still drop Krayt Dragon Composite Armor Segment? I have killed a total of 10 Krayt Dragon Ancients, and 20 Giant Canyon Krayt Dragons, and uncountable Canyon Krayts and Juvenile Krayts. In all of those killings I have received 2 Krayt Dragon Scales, 3 Krayt Dragon Pearls (all with a quality of "Good"), 4 Krayt Dragon Tissues, and about 10 or so Krayt Dragon Composite Armor Segments. I see no stats on the Armor Segments leading me to believe they are completely useless.

If they are useless why do they still drop?

Also, a few of my in-game friends have noticed every pearl they get has a quality of "Good". Do Krayt Dragons currently drop anything other than "Good" pearls?

Also, How can a Juvenile Krayt drop a pearl? I have seen it happen, but it doesn't seem to fit the storyline of how they eat rocks that sit in their stomach for many years forming into a pearl.

1.- The devs can't seem to fix bugs ( too stupid for it?)
(they rather bring out more bugged content instead)

2.- "good" pearls are currently the highest quality on pearls dropped.

3.- Forget the storyline in this game

how about i go hunting for "Krayt" loot. LOL not smuggler slicing items that would be better suited on something else. Tired of looting things without the wordkrayt in front of it.

The smuggler parts should be worth from 50k-100k depending on how desparate someone is to get them, and what server you are on.

On chilastra people regularly get 75k or 100k for these parts.

It could be different on other servers.

how did a krayt dragon get ahold of a bunch of mandalorian intraframes and delicate triggers??? doesnt make much sense. also they need to fix the damn comp. armor segments, those weren't dropping until pub 19 came out. the devs just broke more sh!t that wont be fixed for a while.. what do you expect.
