I would like to know what a regular krayt dragon drops for loot and how much this loot is worth.

Also could you tell me were the most Krayt dragon spawns appear, out side or inside the Krayt graveyard?

The ancient krayt the one at the poi on tat drops perals that are worth alot to jedis or anyone becoming a jedi. They spawn area where from inside to outside to the outter sides of the canyon. They arent easy.....so bring a group only if you want to die mostly every few shots. Also the regulars i think just drops armor attachment or nothing not sure

Giant + Canyon drop: Scales, Pearls (premium), Tissue and Composite Segments.


Juveniles drop: Scales, Pearls (quality), Tissue and Composite Segments.


Ancients: Scales, Pearls (flawless), Tissue (frequently 100+ max damage) and Advanced Composite Segments.


These are afaik. I may be wrong on some of the Ancient as I've not killed too many of them but I know they're the only flawless pearl droppers. Plus you can occasionally loot exceptional and legendary's as well from what I've heard (never looted an exceptional myself though).

but, the dragons seems to spawn so seldom??? (acctually I have only seen them while on Scythe schematic hunt (the one that spawns when extracting treasure))

What are the spawn times on these creatures? And does all spawn near the Graveyard on tat?

The spawn on the Krayts are going up if the patch notes on the Test Center are accurate and if it goes through to live.


As for the area...the only place I have ever seen them is within 3K of the Graveyard POI. I have heard of other spawns outside of that, in other areas of Tat, but I have never actually seen them.

Kratys have been known to drop +25 AA's and CA's aswell...but verrryyy rarely.


Ive looted 2 Exceptional Premium pearls in my time...and have kept one for display purposes.

They dropp armor and guns with strange mods too.

It'll be interesting to see how the new patch changes spawns/drops. In the past two weeks, my little group has hunted probably 100 dragons -- juvi's, canyons, giants, and ancients. We've done quite well (probably a dozen premium pearls, and several great sets of tissues). Last night alone, we were getting a pearl out of every two kills or so (far, far, far better than average rates, to be sure).


I guess we'll find out how the population explosion changes things.

Possibly....not sure though. But I have never seen a Juve spawn solo. They always seem to be very close to their moms.....Canyons.


Maybe they do spawn solo...but I spen 80% of my game-time in the graveyard and have yet to see it. Expect a quick trip to the cloner if the Canyon is nearby (as a pistoleer) Just my opinion.

I alsowould like to know if a tkm could solo any kind of krayt dragon. (with buffs and brandy and stuff)
