These drop from just about anything from what I hear from ingame friends. BUT Their drop rate is extremely low. Best bet is to buy them or try to find some Armor Upgrade Kits to salvage them.

RARE drops from Dark Troopers. (not saying the item itself is rare to loot, but it IS when you're killing DTs for em!)

ok, Ive killed about 2000 tuskans the past week at the jawa/tuskan spawn by the krayt graveyard and nothing.
