The only time I've ever seen this I looted it off an elite NPC BH target.

Found one in a locked container only once. Some dang fencer loots it off of stormtropper NPCs, but I never got them to drop. He /tells me whenever he get's em and he's up to like three a day now. Grrr..... I think he's just trying to piss me off. Either that or get cheap AB slices. lol.

The word is they can be farmed out of the magseal containers in the Erran Sif bunker. I havn't tried this yet but if so, let us know.

You can also get them from the old Armor Upgrade Kits...they have the option on them now to be converted..usually out of a crate of 25 you can get 4 of them to convert to the padding, and the rest convert to other sliceing components

I can confirm 3 days intermittly running around slapping down opposite faction npcs lvl 20 -32 dropped 15 SAPs over the three days of random havoc - the rate was about 1 SAP to every 2.5 locked container ...
....and they die quick - no one spot - seems to run dry - but the pure random killing spree produced the best rate .. so camping afk produces less than a 10% return than just running around... ![]()
This is consistent with pre and post publish 24
