Wont ever see a stormtrooper/Rebel NPC or equal that you can use for decor.

Because the devs dont feel that a rebel player seeing such a decoration, and cannot attack it is not "right", since it is a war.

this is also why the honorguard decorations from the event NPC in hotels, had the Imperial/Rebel venues removed before they launched the NPC.

Far as I know, putting any armor on a vendor is broken, It usually takes the armor, then randomly disappears, leaving your vendors Stark Nude.

Dont think it works anymore like this. Biolinked stuff cant be used. Have not tried it with non Biolinked set but i think its still Not allowed.
