I agree with enyhr.... I used to be a loot hunter and ejoy loot and kill high lvl NPC's... There feels like they nerfed the "NPC high lvl loots" and made this game to a PVP game :/

Please devs you need to start fix so us loot players can start loot stuff again. Im also a full temp jedi.

And you CSR/DEVs realy need to fix the pearl and crystal drops. As everyone know the pearls/crystals are buged and you can only loot "Good" wich always turn to crap. I been tuning alot best was dmg 39 FC -4 ...

GJ devs! Will be fun for all "new jedis" who didn't tuned any pearls/crystal pre-cu becasue they will have like max 400 dmg sabers lol and 40 FC

The lack of loot is really distressing to me also. I used to love my pvp in this game, but then it became soley jedi driven so i moved onto looting. But now looting has got nerfed so i moved onto bh'ing which is kind of fun atm but i still miss the loot :/

I feel your pain.

Went Krayt Hunting yesterday, and managed to take down 2 Ancients. Guess whatI looted? Not a pearl, or tissue, or scales...you know, things a dragon might actually have on its person. No, trigger assemblies.

WTH would a dragon have ranged weapon parts on him?

For all that trouble, hunting, pain, death, decay of weapons and armor, we got basically junk. For those of you out there that want to post, oh yeah, I get pearls all the time, I dont want to hear it. Whoopie do for you. I have never looted anything valuable off of a dragon EVER. Risk vs Reward, have the devs ever heard of this? Take down one of thr hardest creature in the game, you should be guaranteed something useful! Period!

All doing nonesense like this in a game with a player based economy is drive prices sky high for everything, or make certain loot just not available because if your lucky enought to find whatever you were looking for, you might just not want to sell it at all. So then people ebay credits for money, which I would not be the least bit surprsed if SoE had a covert hand in, just o be able the things they need.

Fix the loot please! At least Kashyyyk works fairly well, I'll give them that. The risk vs reward is balanced. The rest of the game....?

Apparently, the loots drop should be fixed on Publish 20, or so I heard. I seriously doubt it though.

not meant as an insult but some of this seems well...

"- It's almost impossible to solo an NPC that is more than 100 CL..." This doesn't make sense to you? I know this is one point of your many VALID points, but it should be this way, otherwise the ranking system has no meaning

"- Gorax is almost impossible to find, and if it is found all it tells you is to "file a ticket"..." I passed by him on the FS vehicular control quest, try another server, Wanderhome seems to have a lot less loot farmers , so you actually get to see the interesting things before some cottage industry gets to them.( i know not a real solution)

"- I'm so broke I can't even buy me a Poor crystal, since the game's economy is so ruined everything is overly priced..." The only way to "fix" the economy is not buying overpriced crap you realy don't NEED, and when you sell something sell it at a FAIR price (based on the effort of getting it, not what you think you can get somebody who bought 40 million credits online will pay).

"- I might as well drop the Jedi profession and become a Commando because of all the Cryoban Grenades I've looted from Nyax..." Damn , at least I know where to get them now for my commando.

- Installing both rangearms and taking out a few base turrets just for giggles.

- Sitting on the bridge in the M cave to help people get by all the darn bugs there (gatekeeper duty)

- Logging alt whos a novice docto heal wounds and buffall off duty toons for tips.

- Sitting in Eisley witha helper tag on to answer questions for the new players.

- Shopping for stuff I dont need only to turn around and resell it on my vendorcause Idont have theroom for it.

- One by one doing quests so that I have something to look forward to at all times.

- Responding to posts on the forums that spark my interests.

Very impressive for you to do this stuff. I also can entertain myself pretty good in the game also. I love doing factional and Aakuan missions, good loot on some nights, plus hitting up NS Rangers for the slicing components for my smuggler friend.

yeah funny thing is i was yelling this as soon as cu came out everyone gave me the ha ha... loot hound now you cant be uber ect ..........LOL i have always master pistoleer so with 90 comp 3200 buff i could barley solo a juvie so loot hound i am not but i got crafty enough to solo anything may of took an hour but i could lol.

HERES MY FIX FOR LOOT AND GAME PLEASE FEEL FREE TO POST IT ALL OVER ..or whatever

#1 no hard caps for weapons and armor

#2 Nerf templates not every piece of equipment in the dam game

#3 stop dropping complete weapons and armor >instead drop components ranging crap to legendary (dev legendary in reason not 4000 dam) this way crafters will and looters can have plenty to do can always use a better weapon or armor make components for dam color of bolt ect so we can make a sweet custom weapon and not all have the same capped crap

#4 bring armor to what comp was before cu with all dam types (pretty lame and retarded that is i wear recon all they gotta do is use a kin weapon how stupid u gotta be to not know this oh look comp energy weap whats even point of armor like that)+lots of weapons u can work on getting

#5 do something with cu crap mobs are all lame now , fights suck, and stop making us group using templates thats why the game is unbalanced and dont make people powerful due to xp LAME peoples power should be based more on gear I been master pistoleer for a year now i shot 15 yes 15 times at a jedi and missed every shoot

thats just wrong i got a 1003max de-10 1155 with pup islaved to make it and iget beat down by someone who threw nades..plez

#6 revise templates to get better over time for people who stay in a profession elite profession ha ha i feel like a constant noob since cu I been around the block a couple times to get taken out like a chump by pve crap forget this grouping bs and for god sakes drop the combat levels id rather get smoked cuz i made a bad choice to engage than the CL that really lamed the game up good ........Any moron who says i dont think we should be able to kill a nest at elite profession with uber gear can go rot in the sarlac....i remember running from krettles when i started so i earn the right

OK IM DONE MAIN THING.... no completed weapon armor drops ...drops components each weapon differs each armor differs(requires different components), bring back all dam types make armor dependant on components resources and skill of armor no comp is kin tantel is energy make armor in classes ie bone= noob armor all armor has same resist but bone lets say cant exceed 50% when elite armor ie ris comp mando is capable of 90% yes its high but with a template like pistoleer was its perfect nerf templates not equip

honestly im not a crafter but i looted alot for them and from what i see crafting will be dead if they dont do something thats why im agianst complete good weapons armor dropping
