It would figure too. He handed me the schematics for some clothing that cute Twi'leks look good in and a slave collar. I sold mine on the bazaar.

Mine is bugged so that I can't move it so that it looks like it is lying on something. Frustrating. Should be able to wear it.

They don't do anything. I thinkI found one in the little quest given by the twi'lek girl near the Theed palace steps. you go recue her enslaved family from a dungeon on Naboo. I don't think it drops all the time, but i thinkI found it there maybe 2 out of 5 times on different servers. Probably haven't done it in over 6mos though. I also think i got one in Jabbas somewhere too.
