Ifound a slave collar on an NPC. It looks like the collar leia had in Jedi. The only options are examine and destroy. Is there anyting this is used for? You can't wear it. Can you place it on someone, give it to someone?

I got one from the Emporer at the Retreat. To the best of my knowledge, nothing can be done with it (which makes it a prime candidate for "destroy").

When you drop it in a house it is at neck height, so its probably best for display or destroy.

Like he said if you drop it in the house it is Neck height, so if you have a sexy chick vendor drop it on her so it looks like she is wearing it. I don't know if there is anything you could make look like rope to chain her butt to the wall or not....

It was in game a long time ago, but went the way of the Endor Rebel Helmet and Palm Fond. But it's recently made a come back with the introduction of RotW. I'm not sure if there is a difference or not in the old ones and the new ones.

Actually it never went away. The quest to get one is in Mos Espa (Entha?) cantina.
