Tiggs IS on our side, but it's not easy.
I still say allow us a once off refit similar to the post CU armour refit. Allow us to change the appearance to that of the CE goggles once for each pair. Once changed they cannot be changed back.

Looks like this item can be gotten in the US. Early estmates place its price at 120-150 dollars us. 8-16 days shipping directly from japan.

The barc was a new player package spiff on a 29 dollar box set... the goggles were part of an expensive collectors edition and should remain non-transferable imo. I just think they should put the Japanese SE up on the sony store... that'd make some folks happy and able to purchase another unique special edition.

Ok tody I offically ordered the japneese special edition of swg "The commander box". It was 107 US dollars this does not include the shipping the the US. This is the website I was able to get it from.

This company for lack of a better way to say it, does your japneese shopping for you. You tell them exactly what you want, show them a picture, webpage, or just give them a detailed discription. Then they look for your item find your item and tell you how much it will cost you. They will send you a free estmate. Then you pay them Via paypal, internation money order, or western union. The money is sent in yen, This was very simple to do via paypal. For the Swg box they could not find an exact weight so they could not give me an exact price for shipping. Shipping is looking in the range of 20-30 dollars. I have recieved many PM's from people asking me to share my source. I did not wish to do that until today. I wanted to be 100% sure this would be a sure thing, I dislike sharing false infromation. I hope this will help the people with the desire to get this item.

Well its not just In game goggles, First of all its a cool boxed set to own. Somthing more to add to my Starwars contraband, as well as 2 puter ships and a book. With all luck it will be differant than the Us book, but never once did I ever say I was sane. Also the little voice in my head agress with this decision

Strange people do strange things in so many strange ways.
Tiggs posted that we cant enable the jap goggles here btw. Even if you have the jap commander box.
nice content on the jap box though. x2 led ships. book. ingame jap googles and of course the game
She also posted that the japs cant get "our" version of the goggles either. so its not like the japs are getting all the gear.

It has already been confirmed that you can get them on US servers. A poster that was a producer that worked on the JPN conversion confirmed it as well. It is after Tiggs post on that page.
Where is this so called post by a producer?
