Fort Tusken still drops crystals regularly. Just did an hour out there 2 days ago and got 3.

I got 'good' power crystals from level 82 Nightsisters and SMC's. They also drop smuggler loot occasionally that you can sell for good money.


I was getting colored crystals off the escaped slaves with good frequency too.

How much does all that smuggler stuff go for anyway?
Krayts are now dropping pearls like mad. I scored about 8 in two hours of soloing. Two of them tuned about 80dmg, one -8 and the other -9fc. Tissues are a good loot, tons of smuggler stuff, and krayt scales from about +6 to +9 for a stack of like 10... oh, and the occassional composite armor segment with no stats, meh.

Where do you find NPC DJK and DJM's? are they random spawns only on dantooine?

They're also missions for imperials at the imperial base on Dathomir for a one-time mission. There's currently a workaround for looping the mission. However, they only drop "quality" crystals now. Trust me, Krayts are the better targetsbecause pearls generally tune better than crystals. However if you're into numbers and more spawns, NS drop decent loots and I believe good to quality crystals.

The high end smuggler stuff (delicate trigger, mandalorian interframe etc) goes for a few hundred K's - to be honest if Krayts are dropping thats a much better deal

it is the same as before only at a much smaller rate. you can kill nightsisters for hours and get almost nothing. and nothing over "quality". premiums and flawless are gone.

pretty much the same stuff that dropped before, but the higher quality ones, premiums and flawless dont drop anymore...

ive always found they drop much better from random spawns then from the poi's, can anyone substaniate that with numbers??

As for pearls: Last night I went hunting krayt with some guildies. We killed about 20 and got 4 pearls in like 2 hours or so. Think they were all 'Good'. I'd say unless you have an effective group, the ancients are a waste of time unless you want the badge.

Anyone got any waypoints for some good random static spawns besided the POI's?
