hmm, i guess bloodfin is different......i really wish it was like that on bfin cuz the 10-20 min wait is BS...specially for 3 npcs

No worries mate, our drop rate is less than what we would sometimes wish for, too
Yay finally made all 5, thanks to everyone that has posted here.
I did have to buy the agitator schematics 
but looted the rest.
These things are so useful.
I have all five as well and love them 
I been at the POI for the last two days and no blue wires (naritus), but I got like 15 heating elements. Can anyone pinpoint exactly where the hooligan static spawns is at near dearic? Or does it shift around? I also spent two days at the cayon corsairs, no agitator but got like 30 (10 damage) crystals and a one handed light saber accuracry 8 CA. The CA was off a captain. It's sad when I was disappointed at the CA because I wanted the agitator schematic instead. I am giving the CA to a jedi friend but I may break down and go buy the blue wires for 250K per. How much do recyclers go for? I may have to sell one to finance my blue wire purchases.

i've spent a lot of time in the past two days at the binyare bunker. the loot is really strange. for 4 hours i looted no blue wiring, and thentwo kills in a row dropped blue wiring. havent looted it since but im still there haha. working my way slowly towards all that i need for a set of the recyclers. all the other components have been relatively easy to get so far - except spinner blades because i have to kill these lvl 80 npcs, takes a bit longer but you do get XP
got enough loot to print four pictures while ive been here though, which is fun - all the components drop. the gray broken hand-held viewscreens that are used in viewscreen printers (as oppsed to picture printers) drop. first time ive ever looted those.

Not sure how long they stay. I had one waypointed that evidently isn't a static spawn anymore.
