What is really going on is this..........


In theold Jedi system, itwasvery hard to unlock jedi. Many of these folks (understandably) were pretty upset at the new "easier" path to jedi. There was a time in Galaxies when seeing a jedi was a sight to behold because you didn't see many. The masses spoke out because they were angry that they couldn't figure out how to unlock. So the dev's listened and we got Aurillia and the FS grind.


But then so many players became jedi, the world became flooded with them. Regular combat proffesions didn't stand a chance in pvp anymore.Small groups of ranged/melee players stood no chance as groups of 8....10....15 jedi swooped down on them and wrecked them all in record time.



Since the developers realize they screwed up royally by making jedi easily accessable to the masses and effectively killing the galactic civil war for the casual player. They figure now maybe they can at least control the amount of uber powerfull jedi by nerfing the pearl/crystal loots. By doing this, the older jedi, who did the holo grind, could stay at the top of the pack since they really did work that much harder for it.


So now that there are so many jedi, and the GCW is dead, and we all have to become jedi to enjoy pvp again.


GIVE US BACK THE FLAWLESS PEARLS AND CRYSTALS SO WE CAN COMPETE!

This thread will die if any of the following happen.


1) Isee proof of someone building an uber saber with post cu stuff. I'm talking over 1000 damage.


2) Operation Flashpoint 2comes out and I lose interest in this game and quit.


3) They return the pre cu pearl and crystal drops.

oh well quit complaining on fourms and go loot some crystals/pearls you will somday get good tunes not everyone you tune should have to be 120 -0.30 speed -9 fcgrow up quit crying about this and do something in game about your saber. cause we dont care to hear about it and im sure SOE is laughing there asses off at this thread.

with a 732 post cu saber yep yep tuned over 300 pearls/crystals spent my time actually trying to get what i want instead of crying to get what i want.

yes, ive tuned over 300 crystals/pearls since the CU, thats what u gotta do to get a 700 damage saber these days


even pre-CU flawless pearls didnt always tune good

Over 300? Man that is rough.


Before the CU I knew some jedi with sabers over 1000 damage. That royally sucks that you have to go through so many cystals and pearls. This is what I am talking about folks.


The dev's instituted the nerfed loot to control the amount of really powerful jedi. I am convinced of this.
