Thread: Anybody finding black sun really hard now ?

I mean either aura is tottaly not working, but there was 3 of us with me tanking, and i was literally having to heal constantly just to stay alive vs an assasin, not nice at all
, and ab would not stick.
This is not fun at all soe, sort it out.

Black Sun npc's are immune to armor break now and also use defensive abilities like swordsman flurry. This makes them very difficult to effectively damage. Not to mention the specials they are using are more damaging and have a higher accuracy modifier. My melee guys can't solo them anymore.

this toughening the npc bullsh!t patch is ridiculous i was fighting necrosis he has force aura force speed choke resist to snare and root has 62k ham he regens faster than i can do damage plus i got armor break with aura on and synthsteak being hit for 2k damage be one thing if these morons would fix the loot table so it would be worthwhile and the whole part about being a group to loot things they have to loot at the amount of subscribers they have none of my friends play anymore so i cant group up and kill lvl 90 krayts with 800 health bleeds

I've taken out 6 solo since the patch came out. I actually think they got easier. Maybe you just got a wierd spawn. Or maybe I did. The spawns definatly do very in dificulty. While on a bounty on Dant I found a couple spawns of Dark Jedi. The first Adept i took out AB'd me and hit me for 68 hp. They despawned and i found another. The second Adept i took out hit me for 750 hp without AB. Lucky for me i only let him hit me once.

the guy doing the ai said that force aura, force armor,cob and duelist stance was supposed to be removed from npcs. guess the force aura wasnt checked off on ol chicken feet

The insane regen should be returned to original value, or close to, the new abilities they have make them hard enough.

Think there are 2 lame problem atm:
Armor Break immunity which is pain in a$$ for all melee profession.
Insane god regeneration.
These things make npc alot more harder but a waste of time atm. Risk vs reward + time to kill is fubbar.

I tend to believe this is the intended goal of Devs. You shouldn't be able to solo everything unless you really know how to play your char.

i don't have a problem with the beefed up AI. I just hope the loot is adjusted accordingly once they iron the bugs out and balance it.

I have also had trouble with bh boss marks, regain is insane.

There's definatly something wrong with AB. If I'm hit with it, they do 63 damage
Makes me sorry I slices one of my armor pieces.

they are about the same. I solo the groups with a mcm/mrifle/doc0004. Just know how to pick your target well. I find the easiest way to get one at a time is to go 23.5 m away from the one farthest from the group. He will agro at that distance. Find a tree or a rock(whatever blocks his line of sight). He will come to you, then you can blast away or smash away at your leisure.
