I did the themepark yesterday and got the orb from the second person I got missions from.
And as a rebel I can say that we also get it..

I'm pretty sure it's towards the end of the mission set that you are given.. but I don't recall for sure. It's a very nice artifact, and I beleive that it's only available to players with Imperial Faction. I don't know about Neutral, but I am pretty sure that rebels can't due it.

yup the valarian dagger, its really neat looking but you can't use it, the mystical glowing orb is awesome though good light source that doesn't burn out.

I *think* its towards the end of the missions you get the orb. And yeah it rocks, it gives off a blue light.

The missions are arent hard but theres loads of them and they are dull.
