Thread: why do ppl always spell it kryat and not krayt?

The word krayt is commonly mispelled. If you ever see a krayt dragon it clearly says "a canyon krayt dragon" but ppl always say kryat. i understand that u can have a typo but i dont think everyone would always make the same mistake

Same reason people say 'teh' instead of 'the'. Stupid internet lingo.

You're talking about the interent, where people type "you" instead of "u," "r" instead of "are," (too stressful o the ol' hands I guess, or saving the extra letters for starving children in Africa.) Today I saw someone post, "too leater dud i open it this my 2nd creat 1st time pick up 2 art pices and now 1 strange guy can show u after." I still don't know what the hell he was saying.
So I'm not really surprised people spell it kryat.

Might be that some of them have lysdexia.
