Thread: INFORMAL POLL: Who do YOU want to see as the next ID corr?

I am not meaning to usher Kwee out, but I am curious to see who the ID community would like to see representing them and why. Many of the people who post here would be capable of the task, but who (besides the fabulous Kwee) would do the best job?
And did I say Kwee is awesome?
Give one person and why. Please do not use this to flame people. Clearly not everyone is going to agree.
By the way, Kwee is awesome.

I was under the impression thatsince Vandessa was going to be Kwee's proxy at the summit, that it would be her. I guess then that Vandessa would be my vote since Kwee would endorse her and feels confident in Vandessa's experience.

Guess with Vandess it depends if she want's to take another Corr role so soon after resigning from one.
Taking Kwee's place at the summit makes sense because she'll still be tied to the NDA etc.

(This isn't meant to be a popularity contest btw... I can think of several people who would be good at this but I don't always agree with)

I think a lot of people who have ideas over who they want won't voice thier opinions untill several other people have said who they want. For me I'd like to see a very outspoken person get therole. Somebody who will not only voice their opinion but can do it in a well thought,(and spelled) way. When it comes to people who become Image Designers, we're spoiled for choice when it comes to thesed criterias. All long term Image Designers either are outspoken, or become it, so we have a lot of choice for who we choose. I haven't personally been around on these boards for a long time, but from what I've seen, Thewt or Technocan would be good representatives. Just don't flame me for my views ( though if you set fire to some twigs I can have some marshmellows); My views are worth a lot to me.

As long as I've been here there are two voices who I remember as both constantly there and on top of the ball: FuschiaD (though not always as Fuschia, mind you) and Syzygy. Either of which, IMO, would make excellent correspondents, though if I were TH I'd fear for my life after choosing Fuschia...

Thanks for the thought, but I've no interest in a correspondent position. I'd have to be, gasp, polite!

being a correspondant doesn't sound fun at all.. With all the forum hounding you'd loose valuable game time!

I dunno though. I've always had this thing for the development side of games, and the possibility to have some insight into the inner workings of a live MMOG team would more than make up for lost game time.

naaah it's a struggle between apathy of knowing your go between effortsis not seen for several updates and the eagerness to invoke change for the users you are trying to service and the harrassment of those that think it should happen by next reset.
