That's how muchI got tipped for a hairstyle change last night. Anyone? I could maybe buy one unit of really nice hide...
*is bitter*
So, what's the LEAST you've ever been tipped? Stiffing excluded.

I got a 50 credit tip once, and countless times I got a "thanks" and no tip, the best was a free loader that ask for 2k and free armor after the ID!
I sure hope they come back after 8.1 wanting an ID. Mahaaha

I can't quite beat Voor's exactly, but: Zabrak asks for a skin color change, which I provide. He tips 500 credits claiming to be poor—okay, you shouldn't ask for a service if you can't afford it, but poor happens. So I'm kind of annoyed, but whatever. Then he comes back and asks for a height change—knowing I'm going to get stiffed I do it anyway. That's bad…but the worst is yet to come: about 20 minutes later a guildmate who'd seen the ID session tells me that the same guy is now shouting that he's buying holocrons at 20 million each. Poor my…ooh! I very much wanted an a$$hat TEF right about then.

After spending a fair amount of time on a smacktard who was difficult to work with (I was fixing a botched job), he claimed having no money, and ran out of my shop. I informed him about banktips, he played stupid, I banned him, and added him to ignore. Later on, I found out that the day before he had paid a fellow ID 2k to change him (the so-called botched job) and then after my session had paid the same ID 2k more to put him back. /sigh. While I was discussing this at the local cantina with the ID in question, smacktard himself shows up. I still had him on ignore, but that doesn't stop tip spam. That idiot tipped me 1 credit a few times, and then left. /sigh.

I hate people sometimes.
I forwarded his name and a summary of the situation to a couple of ID's on my server, hopefully word will get around on this one. Sigh.

My worst tip was "Sorry I have no money to tip you" after a 30 minute session followed by "Oh you are a musician, can you buff me?" from a guy wearing full composite armor and having a new geo pistol.

I had a guy who tipped me 2000 credits, and then asked if he could borrow 600 dollars in real life.
Needless to say, he is no longer a client.

The worst I've ever had was after a 45 minute or so session the guy asks how much he owes me. I say I work entirely by tip and for him to tip whatever he thinks is fair. I got something similar to "u suxx0rs u gay *** f*****"
I proceeded to /squeeze him until he left ![]()

worst i got was no tip at all, but usually i politely remind them that tipping would be a nice gesture, and 10 credits is more of an insult than a tip in my opinion, but who knows maybe he was very poor.
now normally, i do id work for people and let me tip what they want as i enjoy iding people and dont mind low tips, as i enjoy the high tips as well but i dont mind if someone cant afford a high tip and they want a little change of style, but the people should come to me, im not going to them unless they do agree to compensate me for my travelling time, afterall i could be doing something much better with my time than waiting on shuttles, or driving my swoop to id them, unless they have a reasonable offer in it for me. i wouldnt drive/walk/any more than in the distance of something within a few hundred meters radius of myself. However, today i had a guy send me a tell asking for an id i said sure but im in this town, if your not doing anything you could come here and id be happy toid him, the wp he sent me was 3km off i didnt really feel like driving it. so i say if youwantmy services,i come there but it will cost extra, id rather you come here, so he says ill give you 1500 credits for the travel and your id work, anyways, i refused such a ludicris offer, as i didnt consider 1500 credits worth my time. So then he demands i go there, and says 1500 credits will do fine for me, so he proceeds to actually threaten me with bodily harm and starts to call me some very rude names, like hes 4 years old and someone took his favorite toy away. well he earned a spot on my ignore list thats forsure. thats the only problem ive ever really had with someone trying to get id work out of me in that fashion, if i see him begging for an imagedesigner which i wont since hes on my ignore list, but if i did on my other account i wouldnt offer him my services for a million credits.

I'd rather be stiffed than tipped 10 credits. It's a slap in the face.
