Thread: Let's help out Techno Focusing on the Remaining Palette Bug
The victim
1. What is your ID client's race?
2. What is your ID client's gender?
The "one box" bug: in which a palette shows up with one small color box in the left hand corner
3. Are there any palettes showing up AT ANY TIME as a "one box."
4. If so, which palettes on this character are showing up as a "one box"?
5. Do you continue to get "one box" even after you click to another tab?
6. Please describe what happens if you click to another tab and then back again?
7. Are there any palettes ON THE SAME TAB (same screen) as the "one box."
8. If there is a palette on the same tab/screen as the "one box", is it working properly?
9. Are the other palettes on that character working properly?
The "big box, scroll down" bug: in which the boxes look bigger than they should, and you cannot reach the more elite colors unless you use your mouse wheel to scroll through the palette. The colors, however, are still there, just not visible?
10. Are there any palettes showing up AT ANY TIME as bigger boxes, for which you have to use your scroll on your mouse to see all the colors?
11. If so, which palettes on this character are showing up as "big boxes"
12. Do you continue to get "big boxes" even after you click to another tab?
13. Please describe what happens if you click to another tab and then back again?
14. Are there any palettes ON THE SAME TAB (same screen) as the "big boxes."
15. If there is a palette on the same tab/screen as the "big boxes", is it working properly?

20. Do you prefer having bigger boxes and having to scroll to see all the colors, or having the small boxes and seeing them all at once?
Hopefully, if y'all chip in and answer this, it should help describe the problem in enough detail for the devs to take a crack at it. Thanks for your help. (I'm soooo sorry that in this time of bugs, I am at work too much to be able to test - my hours are calming down in the next week or so).

12. Do you continue to get "big boxes" even after you click to another tab? sometimes, yes, sometimes no
13. Please describe what happens if you click to another tab and then back again? Sometimes I get "big boxes" for both hair and facial hair, while other times the big boxes just appear for facial hair and the hair color is normal. I think ONCE during the session, both boxes appeared normal size (I was clicking around between screens a lot). The lower palette (facial hair) never appears normal while the upper palette is in big box mode.
14. Are there any palettes ON THE SAME TAB (same screen) as the "big boxes."Yes, hair and facial hair
15. If there is a palette on the same tab/screen as the "big boxes", is it working properly?See answer to #13

12. Do you continue to get "big boxes" even after you click to another tab? No

It depends what tab I click to.If I click to "eyebrows" or "eyes and nose" and then back to lekku, the skin color shows as big boxes. Clicking to face, body, or, cosmetic, adn then back to lekku makes it work properly. All other palettes appear to be working properly.

I respec'd to Image Designer yesterday, because I wanted to make a few subtle changes, and I noticed something interesting...
I would get the "one box" palette for eye color, but after I made a change and hit 'revert', the full palette for eye color displayed.
saw it last night it repeated it self 3 times, for example somone had black hair they want blue they see blue in the window when they accept its black i redo them and on the color boxes its still is on the blue box but in the window it shows the player in black hair. i og up one shaed and the blaer has a lighter blue i go back to the bright blue he wanted it shows up black. happend 3 times with diffrent colors. also new bug, i canot change lip size.
