more bugs... i was asked to simply change a tat from blue to black and i did i slectes black on the collor boxes suddly the style of that tat changed. i did not change the tat style. i clicked through all the styles and the new style the bug had pickes was a style that showd up teice, the one the guy had befor was gone i told him to accept and so would i (to see if it is the old bug where ya change somthing and it is not right untill ya acceopt) nope so i made him relog. i reloged also. still bugged i re id him and i changed it and wham his tat changed all aroound like the color box was attached to the style slider. i have had 5 new bugs since the last 2 patches

Those are quite amazing bugs! Especially the Zabrak with facial hair. The only bug that I've come across is the palette bug.

PLEASE report these bugs in-game. It takes only a minute to fill out a /bug report.

Also, do not exploit bugs you find! There are two reasons for this. 1) you might get in trouble but most importantly 2) when the bug is fixed, you will not be able to return the person to normal (i.e. the zabrak may be stuck with facial hair.)

I didn't mean that *you* would do it. This is just a general warning. There used to be a hair exploit where you could put a hairdo from any species on any species. It looked really awful, because there was a lot of gapping that occurred. When the cross-species exploit was fixed, there were a lot of characters that were stuck with ridiculous hair. Like wookiee with lekku. CSR's were unable to fix the problem. The novelty of a wookiee with lekku gets pretty old pretty quickly, and many people had to reroll.

Not when i start out. If I choose another hair sytle, the facial hair color picker shows up as one box.

No. If i click over then click back my palette shows up again for facial hair, but not the full listing of color choices.

It does not affect the color choices immediately. It is when i choose another hairstyle does the full palette show up. THEN when i click a different hairstuyle, then tab out and then tab back does the facial hair color palette show up full.

Yes. Hair color palette shows up with full palette when the eyebrow color 'one box' shows up after picking a hair style. going through the eyebrow slider does not affect this.

Not really.

9. Are the other palettes on that character working properly?
So far so good.

The "big box, scroll down" bug: in which the boxes look bigger than they should, and you cannot reach the more elite colors unless you use your mouse wheel to scroll through the palette. The colors, however, are still there, just not visible?

10. Are there any palettes showing up AT ANY TIME as bigger boxes, for which you have to use your scroll on your mouse to see all the colors?
Yes.

11. If so, which palettes on this character are showing up as "big boxes"
For hair color and facial hair color.

12. Do you continue to get "big boxes" even after you click to another tab?
Yes. I have to click on a different hair style to get the full choices, not tab out, and then i get the 'one box' problem with my facial hair colors.

13. Please describe what happens if you click to another tab and then back again?
It doesn't fully solve the problem. I have to do a lot ot tab switching after i choose different hair styles to finally get everything in sync.

Hair color and Facial Hair color.

Cosmetic colors for Eyeshadow and Lips.

17. Are there any circumstances which cause you to get "one box" or "big boxes" without fail? Please include reproducable steps.
Open up an ID session. go to Hair. You will see limited palettes for both Hair Color and Facial Hair color. Click on a new hairstyle and your full palette for hair will show up. Click on a new one and you will recieve a limited palette again. At this time you will notice Facial Hair color go to 'one box' If you tab to a new tab and then back you will recieve your limited palettes again. At this point i cannot remember how i was able to then recieve my full palettes for BOTH Hair Color and Facial Hair color.

19. Are there any other palette bugs besides the one box or big boxes of which we should be aware?
Well, the 'chat color' tab under Options will do the 'one box' thing too you click okay. If you wish to go back, tough luck, you have to relog to get your color options back.

20. Do you prefer having bigger boxes and having to scroll to see all the colors, or having the small boxes and seeing them all at once?
To be honest, i didn't know i could scroll through them, HOWEVER, i do NOT like the idea of not having everything in front of me.

Hopefully, if y'all chip in and answer this, it should help describe the problem in enough detail for the devs to take a crack at it. Thanks for your help. (I'm soooo sorry that in this time of bugs, I am at work too much to be able to test - my hours are calming down in the next week or so).
