Well I used Key's question suggestion out of the thread I had for the purpose, but in retrospect I should have thrown in "aside from the tweak in exp to stat migration coming in Pub 9". I did tell Thunderheart that we already knew about that part but it was too late to revise. He's asked me to inform you all that he will provide more details next week. So here it is:
Image Designer
What options are the Development Team exploring to fix the current 62-122-245 hour XP gating of Image Design? Is it possible to have an ETA on this?
We have increased the xp gains on stat migrations. These changes will be headed for Test Center very soon.

Ahh, nothing finder than the old "tell them what they already know" trick. Oh well, let's hope we get more soon.

...
Edit: Please convey to TH that if the answer is in a stickied post in our forums, that chances are high of the following:
1) We know that already.
2) It is not the answer we are looking for.

No fair! That doesn't even answer the question!
"What options ((<---- Note the plural)) are the Development Team exploring to fix the current 62-122-245 hour XP gating of Image Design? Is it possible to have an ETA on this?" ((<---- This is the part of the question I really would *like* to have answered, but it isn't.))
We have increased the xp gains on stat migrations. ((<---- There's a tense error here. He says 'We have,' then shifts to 'These changes will.' So the changes have happened alreadyand will happen in the future, it seems. Great. ---->
) These changes will be headed for Test Center very soon. ((<--- Aren't the changes already on Test Center? If the aren't, how can you 'have increased them?'))
*sigh* I'm sorry everyone. I feel bad,and now I'm a little upset that they used weasel logic to dodge the issue entirely.
Why would any rational being think that the same answer we were given for the last month is something we'd want answered again? We remember about the Stat Migration XP change, ThunderHeart!!
Again, I'm sorry I asked. We probably would have been better served asking about another issue, and maybe gotten a real answer....
I just feel like we're being treated like children. It's insulting, and a little embarrassing. Sorry for the rant.

Argh! That's a NON-Answer! Oh, well. Hindsight is 20/20 they say. I expect that next time, you'll know better.
*HUG* It's not your fault that the Devs are as sharp as a marble.

A few of us were told we'd get more detail next week. TH is on vacation now (out of the office) and was thereforenot able to get detailed info on some of the questions, but wanted to send them all out at once to not get too behind.

Even if Thunderheart is out of the office, the fact that such a simplistic answer (one IDers decidedly weren't looking for) was given points to the dreary fact that the IDer's XPplight isn't well known or at the forefront of the developers' consciousness. Thunderheart is hardly the only developer... nor is he even one responsible for making ID design decisions. It's a little bit worrysome.
Anyone familiar with the issue would know the increase of XP to Stat Migrations doesn't begin to solve the problem of 60+ hours of boredom. Especially since Stat Migrations are the most painfully boringthings to perform. Eeek.

I think ID xp should stack if you doa full mobdy makeover you should get xp for each section and I think the makeover areas should be more xp then stat migratings anyday. We dont want to become "Stat Designers" damnit...give us the "Image Designing" that we never had or at least turn us back to barbies makeover program.

Question:
IsThunderHeart back yet? Can he elaborate yet?
I only ask because I see him posting on things we already knew about on other threads dealing with Jedi's having extra piloting skills non-Jedi do not.
