I suggest that if this is going live, that there be an NPC in those tents anytime they are not occupied by a Master ID. Have the system check every 60 seconds and then activate an NPC that can do this if a MID player is not occupying the tent.


I have spent weeks looking for an ID online just to get my hair changed, and have come up empty despite an entire guild out searching the planets and checking our huge network of friends. It's bad enough I can't change my hair after 3+ weeks, now my HAM change is in jail as well?


My feedback:

- Stat migration is going to be a disaster as many of us tweak this every few weeks and will now be stuck with what we have, be forced to get someone to grind ID for the guild (no volunteers to do this since the game was launched), or re-roll the avatar (not likely).


- Improved interface is a great idea. This has been a huge issue on both sides of the equation.


- Tattoos and body jewelry are in high interest and demand. It is a mistake to keep this waiting and to provide glowing emotes and introduce stat frustration for the player base.


Just my opinion.

This is the point.


Some people are missing it.


It's not that ID's shouldn't be doing this - it's that they should make the implementation make people WANT to have it done by an ID, not REQUIRED to have it done by an ID.


To be honest, it's more the fact that the gradual way of doing it is being removed than anything else.


ID's will get plenty of business from people who want pink hair and I'm sure some people are going to go ga-ga over the emotes - but by removing all players ability to slowly migrate their stats they are going to kill what usefulness was left in migration. As both sides agree, most people don't bother with it anyway.


Remember how decay killed PvP as a game system? This will destroy stat migration.


I'm sure they are doing this as part of the "larger combat balance" when we know everything is going to magically work together - but for right now, I see no reason to entirely remove the "old" way of doing things until such time that the "new" way of things is ready.


In a lot of cases, this may not be possible or not true - but when you are directly, intentionally nerfing an ability like this by "turning it off" I have a hard time believing it's unavoidable.


As many have said,make it take even longer than the days it sometimes already does. To do this in a stealth manner at this time is just not right.

No-one likes the Stat Migeration, Holo-emotes,the newXP system that take 200+ hours themake MIDand will be very pissed when they find out ALL those great new colors are just tons of shades of the old colors......


The only good thing is the new UI and it's full of bugs!!!


It was a rush job and you completely blow it, and pure Kwee is taking the heat. So get your head out of E3 and trash the garbage and do it right.
